Spalding returns for book signing of ‘The Steam Tractor’
John Spalding will be returning to Pontiac for the Central State’s Threshermen’s Reunion as he does every year, except now he returns as a successful author and will hold a book signing during the reunion. Spalding, born and reared in Pontiac, now lives in Hendersonville, Tenn., and boasts one of the largest collections of steam tractor images, including 1,500 rare photographs.
